Deepti graduated from Manipal University with Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and Master’s degree in Orthopaedic & Manual Physiotherapy.
With over 15 years of rich clinical experience Deepti is the lead physiotherapist and has a variety of interests and clinical experience including orthopaedics, sports, work place injuries and injuries caused from motor vehicle accidents.
She developed a keen interest in TMJ, Vestibular Rehab, cervical & lumbar disorders and myofascial pain syndromes. Her areas of expertise include muscle energy techniques to correct posture and pelvic alignment and exercise therapy using primarily core stabilization to correct muscle imbalances and restore function.
Deepti believes in continuous learning and participates in different workshops on an ongoing basis, keeping abreast with recent trends in physiotherapy practice and techniques. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music and travelling.

Megha is a firm believer in providing an individualized approach to treatment, as each client and their conditions are unique. She believes in a holistic, client-centered approach, where the client is offered the appropriate hands-on therapy, exercises, and education to manage their condition and achieve their physical goals.
Being fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi helps her to communicate with her clients and understand their concerns in an exceptional way. Megha graduated from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India with Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2010.
She holds experience in clinic and community settings in treating Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions. She also holds certifications in treating muscle pain syndromes, dry needling and IMS. In her free time, she likes net surfing and reading books.
Paramjot Kaur Dhillon

Paramjot Dhillon obtained her Master in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from Punjab University, India in 2009. She has over 8 years of experience working with orthopaedic injuries. Her treatment approach involves exercise prescription, soft tissue mobilization/myofascial release, patient education, correction of posture and movement patterns. She is also certified in Functional Dry Needling Level 1. She has also taken additional courses in Mulligan Manual Therapy, acute management of sports-related concussion and management of post-concussion syndrome. She speaks fluent English, Hindi and Punjabi. As pastimes, Param enjoys music and playing badminton.
Paramjit Kaur Aulakh

Paramjit obtained her degree in Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Punjabi University INDIA, in 2009. She has over 7 years of experience in clinical physiotherapy. Her special areas of interest are orthopaedics and sports injuries.
She is also certified in Level 1 Functional Dry Needling .
She has also done certified courses in Mulligan Concept of Mobilization and Basic vestibular rehabilitation.
In free time, she likes to cook and shop.

Vaishali completed her Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2008. She have experienced various streams of Physiotherapy and created her expertise in Paediatrics and Orthopaedics. She have worked at clinics treating children with special needs for more than 3 years and also worked with Orthopaedic patients and elderly.
Vaishali have been working as registered physiotherapist for more than a year and she is focused on helping patients of all ages to relieve pain and improve their functional ability. She loves to challenge herself to see her patients healthy and happy.
She have a 5 year old curious son asking a ton of questions everyday and a loving husband who creates software. Vaishali is passionate about giving back to the society and have also volunteered into Library Programs to support newcomers to Canada. She love dancing in various forms and travelling acts as a stress buster so I hit the road whenever possible.
Anup is a registered kinesiologist under the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologist.
She went to school at UBCO for her degree in Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics and able to provide services in English and Punjabi.
Anup become interested in this field of study from growing up playing sports including basketball and rugby and her passion to learn about human movement.
Anup’s goal is to help clients return to their daily activities prior to injury which includes work and play.
